Sometimes a vacation is so special that you want to relive it again and again.

With the perfect souvenir, you can be reminded of your getaway every time you admire it.

A trip to Orlando can be remembered by any number of treasures – and many branded with some of the world’s most famous and loveable characters.

If you’re headed to The City Beautiful and not sure what to bring home to commemorate your adventures, check out our list of the Top 10 Must-Have Orlando Souvenirs.

These iconic collectibles will help you fondly recall your special travels with a little magic, pixie dust, and nostalgia.

1. Mickey Mouse/Minnie Mouse Ears

A hand holds up a pair of silver Minnie Mouse ears with a multi-colored bow with the EPCOT ball glowing purple and pink in the background. Minnie Ears are a great Orlando souvenir.

A pair of Mickey or Minnie Mouse ears are a great way to express your Disney fandom in the parks and after you’ve returned home from your trip.

These days, you can find hundreds of styles of ears that represent characters, attractions, and stories from nearly every Disney universe.

Disney consistently releases new designs at their retail stores and throughout the theme parks, so you can grab a limited-edition pair that’s unique to your visit.

Additionally, at Disney Ever After at Disney Springs, you can customize your own character headband with smiling plush faces that represent the silhouette of the classic Minnie Mouse ears headband.

2. Harry Potter Wizarding Wand

Several colorful boxes labeled Ollivander's with one open box beside an ornate wand on top of a parchment map.

Take your Universal Orlando trip to the next level with an interactive wizarding wand.

Throughout the Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade areas of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, you’ll find magical moments that can only be ignited by the special powers of a wand from an official Universal merchandise store.

The interactive wands come with a special map.  It shows locations where you can use your wand to cast spells and bring the magic of Harry Potter to life.

One of the best places to purchase your wand is Ollivander’s in Diagon Alley. Here, you can experience the true magic of watching a Wandkeeper lead a wand selection show. A random customer is chosen to partake in a special “wand choosing” ritual.

After the show, you’ll be led into the shop where you can choose your own unique wand (or rather, let your wand choose you.).

You can purchase an interactive wand that is a replica of your favorite character’s or opt for a more standard wood/core combo selection that speaks to you.

Non-interactive wands are also available for purchase and make wonderful collectables.

3. Lightsaber / Droid

Whether you align with the Jedi or the Sith, you can assemble your own custom lightsaber at Black Spire Outpost in Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.

This souvenir is on the pricier side (starting at $249.99 per lightsaber) but is well worth the investment for Star Wars fans.

First, you’ll select the Kyber crystal for your lightsaber, which determines its color (red, green, blue, or violet). Then you’ll piece together its hilt with assorted emitters, sleeves, pommel caps, and switches.

If you’re in the market for a new sidekick, head to the Droid Depot to construct your very own droid. Select a variety of colorful components from the shop’s conveyor belt to customize your droid before assembling it and watching it come to life.

4. Trading Pins

Some of the most easily collectible Orlando souvenirs are enamel pins that come in thousands of colorful designs.

These highly sought-after tokens feature beloved characters from popular Disney franchises and commemorate special holidays and events.

With new pins released weekly, many styles have limited availability and quickly become collectors' items.

Luckily, pin trading is a popular past time of Disney enthusiasts and cast members. Swap with other collectors to grow your collection and acquire special finds no longer available for sale.

Display your pins on a lanyard, bulletin board, or use them to decorate a backpack.

5. Popcorn Buckets

Some of the most viral Orlando souvenirs of the past few years have been limited release popcorn buckets available for purchase at select Walt Disney World theme parks.

Demand for the latest popcorn buckets has been known to create legendary lines, but these fun collectible items are a fun, park-specific way to commemorate your day at Disney.

Plus, what other souvenir comes with a fresh, satisfying snack you’ll get to enjoy as you walk through the park?

Popular recent popcorn buckets have included Figment, R2D2, Toy Story Aliens, Oogie Boogie, and Mickey balloon buckets.

6. Character Autographs

A trip to the theme parks can bring magical face-to-face encounters with your favorite characters. Capturing their autographs is one way to savor a special memory.

Autograph books are still the most popular way to capture signatures. You can purchase them in the park or find a variety of them online so you’re ready from the moment you walk through the entrance gates.

Admiring your autograph collection can be a daily occurrence when you think outside the box. Have characters sign a reusable water bottle or a tote bag for everyday use.

Signatures on a picture frame mat let you revisit memories displayed in a place of honor.

7. Plush Toys

Shelves of assorted Disney stuffed animals including Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo, the 7 Dwarves, Lady and the Tramp, and more.

Some days, you just need a good cuddle with something squishy and comforting.

A plush toy that reminds you of a special vacation can be a wonderful cuddle companion.

Big or small, sweet or silly, a stuffed toy is an always popular option for kids and grownups alike.

8. Festival/Event Merch

There’s always something exciting happening in Central Florida. Event-specific merchandise can be a special way to remember a festival or celebration coinciding with your visit.

Whether you’re in town for EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival or Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida, there are plenty of knick knacks, apparel, and collectibles to tempt you.

Seasonal merchandise is always popular throughout the holidays, too. You’ll find an array of autumnal and Halloween-themed items for sale in the fall and festively themed souvenirs as the holiday season approaches.

9. Spirit Jerseys

One of the most popular pieces of apparel to take home as a souvenir is a spirit jersey.

These casual, oversized, long-sleeve pullover shirts often feature graphic designs, logos, and characters from pop culture in a variety of colors.

Both Disney and Universal sell spirit jerseys featuring their most popular franchises, including Harry Potter, Shrek, Mickey and friends, Marvel, Star Wars, and so many more.

These unisex pieces are trendy, flattering, and cozy for the ultimate souvenir you can wear again and again.

10. Local Orlando Products

Orlando is home to a huge community of artists, crafters, and artisans creating beautiful, unique pieces and products.

On any given weekend, you can find art fairs, farmers markets, and culinary festivals celebrating The City Beautiful’s most creative residents.

Theme park merchandise may be iconically Orlando, but shopping locally and supporting local artists can make a huge impact to the city’s economy.
